OpenEJB includes JAX-RS?

Jeff McClure, Jr.
The TomEE comparison page http://tomee.apache.org/comparison.html <http://tomee.apache.org/comparison.html> shows that OpenEJB includes JAX-RS, specifically:

"Java API for RESTful Web Services (JAX-RS)”
"Java API for XML Web Services (JAX-WS)”

Is this correct?
