MethodScratchPad

Hi,

is the class MethodScratchPad (
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openejb/trunk/openejb3/container/openejb-core/src/main/java/org/apache/openejb/monitoring/MethodScratchPad.java)
only used to test the @Monitor annotation?

i don't understand why MyBean stateless bean is always deployed.

PS: i saw it in the 3.1.4 branche too.

Aha, that probably should have been deleted.  Was used to prototype the monitoring support while it was being developed.  We have actual test cases for it now, so it should really be removed.

Thanks for pointing this out!
