[CANCELLED] [VOTE] Apache TomEE 7.0.5

Hi

This vote is cancelled, and the release will be re-rolled and voting
started again. A huge thank you to everyone who has tested and provided
feedback so far, it is greatly appreciated, and new binaries should be
available to check this evening.
